Delta Hotels Calgary Airport In-Terminal

I arrived approx. 22:00, to YYC. I was so happy I booked an airport hotel. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. I decided to eat before going to the room. The public facilities were exceptional! It was clean, beautiful decor, and everyone was super nice! After a delicious meal at the restaurant, I headed up to the room. By the way, please give my compliments to the chef! I also appreciated the hostess who waited on me. *I can't remember her name. When I saw the guest room, I was impressed with the beautiful decor. It was clean and very comfortable!

what I liked was the fact that the hotel was right across from the airport and they have valet services. I live out of town and the flight my granddaughter had to get on was 6 in the morning so that ment we would have leave by 2 am and we didn't want to take a chance on the weather and missing the fight. Plus we wanted to be rested. I must say the staff was very quick and friendly upon arrival. The Valet driver notice I left my phone in the car so front desk called up and we went down to get it.

The Delta Hotels Calgary Airport is ideally located within the Airport Terminal. It only takes a couple of steps from getting off the airplane through the airport and into the hotel. It is also right next to the rental cars, so it is very easy to pick-up or drop off a car. If you arrive in your own car, parking is a bit more complicated but still fairly easy. The staff at the hotel was very accomodating and nice; all in all really good customer service. The breakfast was amazing and their dinner selection is pretty good as well. The restaurant staff was so friendly and professional; it was a real joy to be there. The rooms were clean, fairly new and perfectly fine, although nothing too special.

The room was immaculate, large and very comfortable. The hotel was located just across from the doorway we needed to go to the Air Canada check-in. This was very convenient as we had an early flight. The food at the restaurant was of a high quality and the portions were more than ample. The staff at the front desk could not have been better. The lady we dealt with went out of her weigh to help us in any way. She even helped us book massages and answered our many questions clearly and patiently. She managed to make us feel so welcome that it was like arriving home. We thoroughly enjoyed a stay the Delta Hotels Calgary Airport.

We requited wheel chair help for the airport the next morning . Abdul was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help us to our room that evening. Then he arranged for luggage pickup and had the staff take us to the check-in counter with wheel chairs the following morning. They were just so good to us. They treated us like VIPs. We'll certainly stay there again! Please pass on our sincere thanks to Abdul and the three staff members who helped us the following morning. They said they were new staffers and had only been there a month or so.
